Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless project design execution
- Focus on design delivery, coordination, and engineering excellence
- Lead, coordinate and supervise both internal and external teams
- Provide oversight of project Design and Construction Teams
- Communicate key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Facilitate hand-over of the Design BIM model to the Construction BIM Team
- Manage all design reviews and coordination meetings
Requirements
- A working knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and BIM360 are essential
- A working knowledge of ArchiCAD and other BIM authoring software is beneficial
- Excellent organisational skills
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Thorough knowledge of UK building regulations and construction technology
- Ability to lead, delegate and monitor BIM works to external contractors
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience across all RIBA work stages.
