Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Software Project Manager to support the Medical Team.
- As a Software Project Manager you will be responsible for implementing tomedo® in medical environments.
- During project implementation you will be the primary contact for software-specific questions and preparation tasks for our customers.
- You will then accompany the implementation on site, deliver the training sessions and take over support at project completion.
- You will advise and work together with practice owners to develop practice management concepts, from appointment scheduling and billing to staff rostering.
- You will configure the tomedo software and customize it to the practice’s workflows.
- You will train teams interactively on using the software, support practices during the transition, and provide 1st- and 2nd-level support.
- You will analyze and optimize workflows to make day-to-day practice operations more efficient.
- You will assist with on-site installations at our customers and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- With your expertise and understanding of daily practice operations, you will make a real difference for our customers.
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training, preferably as a medical assistant (MFA), or you have initial experience in support or other customer-facing roles.
- You are enthusiastic about IT and have experience working with practice management systems — first-hand experience with tomedo is a plus but not required.
- You are willing to support our customers on site and are flexible with travel.
- You are adaptable, work carefully and independently, and remain calm under pressure.
- You enjoy conveying knowledge, present developed concepts confidently, and are a team player.
- Very good German language skills (at least C1) and a valid Class B driver’s license are advantageous.
