  • Support the Web Manager and Director of Digital Engagement by optimizing Dayton Children’s web content
  • Supporting SEO initiatives
  • Assisting with paid digital marketing campaigns
  • Ensure digital content aligns with brand standards
  • Improve search visibility
  • Support organizational marketing goals through collaboration, project management, and cross-functional coordination
  • Lead or support digital projects, acting as a liaison among marketing, clinical, and technical teams to deliver timely, effective solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years in a digital marketing, web content, or related role
  • Proficiency with CMS, SEO tools, and web analytics platforms
  • Strong understanding of SEO and digital campaign metrics.
  • Experience with keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to digital trends.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively across departments.
  • 3+ years in a digital marketing role for a healthcare organization or system
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating across departments
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and UTM tagging.
  • Healthcare marketing experience
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
