About the role

  • Managing and developing commercial solar projects from early stages through to construction-ready status.
  • Acting as a liaison between the sales and operations teams, ensuring key project entitlements are achieved.
  • Following up on client requests, making sure deliverables are prepared in a timely manner.
  • Analyzing client documents and portfolios.
  • Supporting the sales team in external interactions across clients.
  • Performing project management tasks such as tracking and managing timelines to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science/Studies, or related field.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Earth.
  • Strong attention to detail across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to address challenges and provide solutions efficiently.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with sales team and other departments.
  • Familiarity with sustainability topics, including solar energy.
  • Ability to evaluate and summarize data with attention to detail, especially related to solar project viability and client portfolios.
  • Ability to drive high-visibility projects to successful completion.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
