Responsibilities
Managing and developing commercial solar projects from early stages through to construction-ready status.
Acting as a liaison between the sales and operations teams, ensuring key project entitlements are achieved.
Following up on client requests, making sure deliverables are prepared in a timely manner.
Analyzing client documents and portfolios.
Supporting the sales team in external interactions across clients.
Performing project management tasks such as tracking and managing timelines to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science/Studies, or related field.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Earth.
Strong attention to detail across multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to address challenges and provide solutions efficiently.
Capacity to work collaboratively with sales team and other departments.
Familiarity with sustainability topics, including solar energy.
Ability to evaluate and summarize data with attention to detail, especially related to solar project viability and client portfolios.
Ability to drive high-visibility projects to successful completion.
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
