Responsibilities
Work strategically in the Car Rental sector (RAC), focused on the individual customers segment
Be responsible for planning and tracking deadlines and measuring the results of prioritized initiatives with the technology team throughout PIs
Monitor the performance of digital booking channels using funnel metrics, conduct complex analyses, and propose improvements, experiments, and new features to increase conversion and improve user experience
Actively contribute ideas for innovation to evolve the digital experience
Conduct structured analyses (business cases, feasibility studies, financial simulations) to support investment and prioritization decisions
Serve as the focal point between the Segments team and Technology
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
Strong analytical skills combined with critical thinking
Stakeholder management
Advanced SQL knowledge
Experience with agile methodologies and working in PIs is a plus
Availability to work in a hybrid model at the headquarters in Belo Horizonte, MG
