Responsibilities
The professional will be responsible for generating and translating RTM business insights into strategic drivers and actionable plans for the distribution channel.
Will work on the structuring, governance and evolution of the Excellence Program, and will also lead the Distributors Forum as the primary platform for strategic alignment, performance monitoring and engagement with key partners.
Will ensure channel decisions are data-driven, that the operating model (RTM) evolves in a disciplined manner, and that distributors operate with a focus on sustainable growth, profitability and execution excellence.
Will have national scope, interfacing directly with commercial teams, trade marketing, finance and executive leadership, impacting channel strategy, performance and governance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Advertising.
Knowledge of the consumer goods market.
Understanding of the indirect channel dynamics in distributor management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of programming languages desirable (e.g., Python, KNIME).
