About the role

  • Assist customers during initial deployments of the solution
  • Ensure system delivery in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Support our technical support teams on technically complex, strategic, large-scale, or long-running customer engagements
  • Identify incident trends and patterns through regular feedback and incident reporting
  • Analyze and respond to customer incidents and service requests
  • Maintain monitoring, metrics collection, deployment, and related tools
  • Contribute to performance optimization and capacity planning processes
  • Provide business intelligence data to product management and sales teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and resourcefulness (curiosity)
  • Strong organizational skills, deductive reasoning, priority management, and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to multitask, work iteratively, reprioritize work, and deliver results
  • Team player with a commitment to meeting team commitments
  • Passion for process improvement and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written (this role requires interactions with international colleagues and clients)
