About the role
- Delivery & Operations Specialist improving product assistance and ensuring seamless deployments at Cloudrunner. Collaborating with technical support, DevOps, and sales teams for effective operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers during initial deployments of the solution
- Ensure system delivery in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Support our technical support teams on technically complex, strategic, large-scale, or long-running customer engagements
- Identify incident trends and patterns through regular feedback and incident reporting
- Analyze and respond to customer incidents and service requests
- Maintain monitoring, metrics collection, deployment, and related tools
- Contribute to performance optimization and capacity planning processes
- Provide business intelligence data to product management and sales teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and resourcefulness (curiosity)
- Strong organizational skills, deductive reasoning, priority management, and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multitask, work iteratively, reprioritize work, and deliver results
