About the role

  • Directly manage Front‑End Tech Lead, Back‑End Tech Lead A, Back‑End Tech Lead B, and QA Lead; run 1:1s, coaching, performance, growth plans, hiring loops with HR
  • Own the Plan of Record for each release; drive capacity planning and staffing with TLs; ensure clear assignments and dependency management across FE/BE/QA
  • Weekly Product–Delivery sync with Product Owners and Success; keep scope/priorities crisp and trade‑offs explicit
  • Chair Go/No‑Go with QA/Platform; ensure documentation, hand‑offs, and customer‑facing readiness with Success
  • Maintain a simple one‑page weekly status (plan vs. actual, risks/decisions, forecast) to CTO (cc CPO and Head of CS)
  • Evolve ways of working (Scrum/Lean/PDCA), improve flow, and reduce toil across our toolchain (Jira/Confluence)

Requirements

  • Track record leading delivery across Product, Engineering, and Customer‑facing teams (15–40 engineers total scope)
  • People management experience as a manager‑of‑managers or managing senior Tech Leads
  • Technical depth: Prior hands‑on engineering (preferably React/Java ecosystems); can review design docs/PRs and dive into details when needed
  • Program craft: Capacity planning, cross‑team dependency orchestration, risk management, and crisp executive communication
  • Tools: Jira & Confluence (required)
  • Language: English (B2+)
  • Polish a plus (team location)
  • Russian remains a plus where helpful
