Support Analyst I ensuring clinical teams have reliable technology at CareATC. Triage support requests and assist with desktop, printer, and application issues in a hybrid role.
About the role
- Manage Support cases and ensure effective database support
- Mentor new employees or trainees
- Provide professional advice and support to clients
- Collaborate closely with R&D and Project Management teams
- Execute service activities to ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables
- Maintain and update technical documentation
- Process SLA tickets, manage incidents, and troubleshoot real issues
- Evaluate data models and ETL loading logic
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience
- University degree in IT or equivalent (or at least 3 years of relevant experience)
- Advanced analytical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in multicultural environments
- Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders across various hierarchical levels
- Database and SQL knowledge, including SQL scripting
- Data Warehouse (DWH) and Business Intelligence (BI) architecture experience
- Experience with database front-end, reporting tools, ETL tools, and drivers
- Programming experience in Python, Lua, Java, or R
- Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB
- ETL loading logic understanding (dim → fact) and data model evaluation
- Ability to interpret SQL in plain English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; attention to detail; customer-centric approach
