About the role

  • Support the implementation of data governance frameworks across Pensions & Savings
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal data governance policies, standards, and frameworks
  • Work closely with Data Owners, Data Stewards, and Risk colleagues to gather insights, monitor progress, and produce reporting that supports data quality and governance maturity
  • Monitor and track actions related to data governance and data quality initiatives
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of data governance processes
  • Gather and analyse information to support the implementation of data governance frameworks along with producing regular and ad-hoc reports to support data quality monitoring and adherence to Group Data Governance standards

Requirements

  • Experience in data quality, data governance, or data analysis roles ideally with familiarity with data governance frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with data governance tools and technologies such as Collibra, Informatica or Alation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience preparing reports or briefing papers for senior stakeholders
