About the role

  • Data Analytics Specialist collaborating with teams to enhance data-driven decisions at Red Bull. Focused on operational efficiency and customer service analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Assigned to the Customer Service team, focused on strengthening analytics capabilities and supporting the area’s decision-making;
  • Model, clean and consolidate data from multiple sources (sell-out, inventory, orders, service level, etc.), building integrated and reliable datasets;
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, focused on metrics such as Fill Rate, OTIF, out-of-stock rate, cycle time and service performance;
  • Automate analytical processes using scripts (Python) and scheduled jobs;
  • Develop predictive models and statistical analyses (regression, out-of-stock trend analysis, demand forecasting);
  • Translate business needs into analytical solutions, working closely with Logistics, Commercial, Trade and Field Marketing teams;
  • Turn data into practical actions, supporting the customer service team with actionable and easy-to-read information;
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency, proposing solutions that deliver business value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related quantitative field;
  • Solid experience in data analysis and modeling, with a focus on generating actionable insights;
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Python and Snowflake;
  • Knowledge of SQL and complementary tools (Tableau, Looker, among others) is desirable;
  • Ability to build and automate dashboards and performance indicators;
  • Previous experience in consumer goods companies or environments with high data volume;
  • Advanced English for interacting with global teams and requesting tool access;
  • Ownership mindset and autonomy to propose solutions and implement improvements;
  • Curiosity and analytical mindset, with interest in new technologies and continuous improvement;
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate technical data into clear and relevant business information;
  • Collaborative working style, with ease connecting different areas;
  • Resilience and adaptability, taking initiative in a developing environment.
