  • Administration of Financial contracts for Czech Republic and Slovakia markets
  • Customer care and contract management for Czech Republic and Slovakia markets
  • Support and consult potential Customer during offering and application process
  • Active contribution to the operational functioning and performance of the Operation Department dedicated to Czech and Slovak market
  • Co-creation and development of processes of the Operation Department

Requirements

  • Fluent/native in Czech and/or Slovak - speaking and writing
  • Business experience in collection or customer service
  • Problem Solving and continuous improvement skills
  • Strong customer and process orientation
  • Fluent in English - both verbal and and written
