About the role

  • Specialist in customer service and logistics managing supply chain operations for KWS Austria. Driving efficiency and automation in service and logistics processes while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • You lead a dispatch/planning and customer service team and are actively involved in day-to-day operations.
  • You coordinate closely with Sales, Production and International Logistics to ensure efficient processes and excellent customer service.
  • Together with your team, you are responsible for on-time deliveries and optimal inventory control.
  • You actively drive the optimization and digitalization of logistical processes and the supply chain, continuously adapting them.
  • You define and implement objectives, policies and processes for logistical operations in close cooperation with Sales and Marketing.
  • As the interface between IT, Logistics and Sales, you coordinate the integration and further development of relevant systems and processes.
  • You are responsible for after-sales processes, including accurate and timely invoicing.

Requirements

  • Completed degree (e.g., B.Sc.) or several years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a comparable field
  • Experience in the agricultural sector or agricultural markets is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of logistics services as well as customer and sales support
  • Some leadership experience and a strong team orientation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and a structured way of working
  • Confident use of SAP, Salesforce or comparable ERP/CRM systems
  • High IT affinity and interest in digital processes
  • Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in taking operational responsibility
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel internationally, limited to approx. 5–10%
