About the role

  • Customer Care Representative managing client requirements and sales orders at Givaudan in New Jersey. Building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional customer experiences while handling inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Be the central link between the customer, operations, and sales team
  • Build relationship with Customer and manage sales order process
  • Deliver customer experience and communicate with customers, operations, and sales
  • Resolve request for order changes, issues, and handle customer complaints
  • Prepare Debit and Credit notes and process quality notifications

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in the industry including customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of SAP and associated processes
  • Microsoft Office expertise
  • Demonstrated Customer Relationship Management
  • Basic Inventory Management knowledge
  • Understanding of Shipping Terminology
  • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma (white/yellow belt)
