You will provide 2nd level support for the nationwide digital radio network with a focus on base stations, including fault analysis, problem management and incident resolution
You will support and coordinate the integration and migration of new Nokia base stations and their remote configuration
You will perform software updates and configuration changes to ensure stable operation of the network infrastructure
You will work in change and configuration management and ensure thorough documentation of your tasks
You will actively contribute to projects and the continuous development of the nationwide mobile network infrastructure
Requirements
You have a degree in IT or an equivalent qualification
You have experience in building, operating and supporting mobile networks, ideally with Nokia base stations
You possess solid knowledge of IP networks, IP security and VPN technologies, as well as 2nd level support experience, and are practiced in analyzing and resolving technical issues in complex networks
You communicate confidently in German and English and are used to working with various internal and external stakeholders
