Responsibilities
complete same day daily funding requests
conduct due diligence and book requests
process refunds for Dealers received in the form of a paper check
title tracking and some legal files in office
communicate with Dealers and Relationship managers via email and/or on the phone
ensure appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions
provide responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests
