About the role

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to the online marketplace with a positive, empathetic and professional attitude
  • Follow communication procedures and policies
  • Evaluate and make decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines
  • Provide customer support and back office services for ecommerce companies

Requirements

  • No previous experience required (some customer service experience ideal)
  • Strong PC skills and ability to learn new computer tools
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong analytical and decision making skills
  • Attention to detail
  • German or Dutch/Flemish language skills (advanced/proficient)
  • English language skills (conversational)
  • Professional attitude and punctual attendance
  • Able to work autonomously, meet deadlines, follow procedures and instructions
  • Flexible in working times
