Responsibilities
- Build compelling dashboards, automations, and demo content that address real customer challenges and showcase etaONE’s strengths
- Configure tailored solutions for customers who prefer not to implement themselves, ensuring their requirements are met effectively
- Develop sample scenarios, modules, and learning content within etaONE to support onboarding and training programs
- Create engaging visualizations and dashboards that highlight etaONE’s value across web, social media, and presentations
- Continuously maintain, refine, and expand the content library on etaONE to ensure high quality and relevance
Requirements
- Experience working with digital platforms and tools, ideally in a SaaS or energy management environment
- Creativity and a strong sense for appealing and modern data visualization
- Analytical skills with the ability to understand diverse customer needs and translate them into effective solutions
- Ideally first touchpoints with energy management processes (e.g. ISO 50.001)
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; German is a plus
