Responsibilities
Build compelling dashboards, automations, and demo content that address real customer challenges and showcase etaONE’s strengths
Configure tailored solutions for customers who prefer not to implement themselves, ensuring their requirements are met effectively
Develop sample scenarios, modules, and learning content within etaONE to support onboarding and training programs
Create engaging visualizations and dashboards that highlight etaONE’s value across web, social media, and presentations
Continuously maintain, refine, and expand the content library on etaONE to ensure high quality and relevance
Requirements
Experience working with digital platforms and tools, ideally in a SaaS or energy management environment
Creativity and a strong sense for appealing and modern data visualization
Analytical skills with the ability to understand diverse customer needs and translate them into effective solutions
Ideally first touchpoints with energy management processes (e.g. ISO 50.001)
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; German is a plus
