About the role

  • Customer Service Representative handling customer inquiries and fostering loyalty in the energy sector. Managing contracts and providing solutions via phone and written communication.

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for our customers – You handle day-to-day inquiries in a friendly, solution-oriented manner with a strong service mindset – by phone and in writing.
  • Customer retention instead of cancellations – You identify opportunities to win back customers who are cancelling and implement targeted measures to increase customer retention and satisfaction, including complaint management.
  • Quotation management in the energy market – You calculate and prepare tailored offers for electricity and gas in the relevant systems – quickly, accurately and market-oriented.
  • Contract management & master data maintenance – You support our existing customers throughout the entire contract lifecycle, maintain contract and customer data, and ensure smooth processes.
  • Renewal and development of existing customers – You actively support our customers beyond the contract term and identify opportunities for renewal or further development of the relationship.

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as an office clerk or similar.
  • Ideally you have initial experience in sales or customer service – preferably from the energy industry.
  • You demonstrate a strong service orientation, reliability and an empathetic manner.
  • You enjoy active customer contact – you approach people openly, friendly and solution-oriented.
  • You are confident with MS Office and eager to learn new programs and tools.
  • As a team player you are communicative, organized and at the same time work independently and take responsibility.
