About the role

  • Collaborate with assigned Agents to support a book of business
  • Working in multiple lines of business including Personal Lines, Farm Insurance and Commercial Lines
  • Review renewals and endorsements for accuracy
  • Provide quality control when uploading new business applications
  • Assist customers with changes to their policies
  • Participate in webinars, seminars and courses that support career growth
  • Work with the CTM Underwriting Team to deliver efficient and precise documents
  • Provide administrative support to our Corporate Services Team when needed
  • Participate in community initiatives supported by CTM
  • Champion a culture of kindness, agility, integrity, respect, and relationships

Requirements

  • A valid General License OTL (Other Than Life) or Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario (RIBO) License
  • Customer service experience and a desire to provide a first-class experience to clients
  • Minimum 1 year of insurance industry experience
  • A college diploma in a business subject would be considered an asset
  • Familiarity with Applied Epic and PolicyWorks would be considered an asset
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work both within a team as well as independently
  • A desire to help and improve your community
