About the role
- Customer Service Representative supporting insurance agents at Caradoc Townsend Mutual Insurance Company. Collaborating across teams and assisting clients in multiple lines of insurance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with assigned Agents to support a book of business
- Working in multiple lines of business including Personal Lines, Farm Insurance and Commercial Lines
- Review renewals and endorsements for accuracy
- Provide quality control when uploading new business applications
- Assist customers with changes to their policies
- Participate in webinars, seminars and courses that support career growth
- Work with the CTM Underwriting Team to deliver efficient and precise documents
- Provide administrative support to our Corporate Services Team when needed
- Participate in community initiatives supported by CTM

Requirements
- A valid General License OTL (Other Than Life) or Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario (RIBO) License
- Customer service experience and a desire to provide a first-class experience to clients
- Minimum 1 year of insurance industry experience
- A college diploma in a business subject would be considered an asset
- Familiarity with Applied Epic and PolicyWorks would be considered an asset
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work both within a team as well as independently
