About the role

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French & English
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and deliver excellent customer support
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Keep detailed records of interactions and follow company processes
  • Contribute to team targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • Fluent in French (C1+) and confident in English (B2+)
  • Strong communicator with customer-first mindset
  • Able to multitask, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, not a must
