  • Effective and professional planning and administration of assessment processes
  • Early planning, organization and commissioning of assessments
  • Maintenance and administration of relevant data and documents
  • Administrative support for international offices and clients
  • Regular communication with assigned auditors

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office administrator, travel agent, freight forwarding/logistics clerk)
  • Strong MS Office skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Solution-oriented, creative and structured working style
  • Enjoys communicating with domestic and international customers by phone and finding constructive solutions
  • Fluent German and good English skills; proficiency in an additional language is a plus
