About the role

  • Direct support for BU Pharma clients.
  • Maintenance and configuration of requests for the Trade product.
  • Conducting trainings, presentations, analytical reports and spreadsheets.
  • Handling clients' requests and activities.
  • Use of systems contracted by clients.
  • Proactive interaction with internal teams, colleagues and clients to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science or related fields, either completed or in progress; candidates from related areas are preferred.
  • Experience or familiarity with customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to deliver effective presentations and communicate clearly.
