About the role

  • Client Services Coordinator ensuring customer service excellence in operations and reporting. Working within a diverse team at Alfred H Knight in Johor, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely job updates to achieve client service expectations
  • Effectively manage your own workload to maintain client service expectations
  • Use Dashboard to manage workload, maintain transparency for accuracy and timely delivery of data and achievement of KPI’s
  • Produce accurate and timely final reports to external clients
  • Communicate accurate and timely invoices to external clients as per KPI’s

  • Understanding of quality of service
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • IT Literate: Competence with standard Microsoft software packages
  • Preparing management information and reports
  • Proactive approach working from your own initiative
  • Previous working experience in client service/management preferred
  • Undergraduate degree in any field
