Responsibilities
Responsibility for day-to-day contact (via phone and email) for clients for all questions in relation to securities settlement, asset servicing and cash management
Clarification of topics using own knowledge, supported by team members and/or operations
Act as one of the main contact points for clients for the work with Clearstream Banking
Requirements
University degree in finance, economics, IT, or equivalent training
< 3 years prior work experience in financial markets and financial products in customer facing roles
Fluent Italian language required, as well as English and/or French
Strong interest in taking on high responsibility and results orientation
High problem-solving skills with developed analytical skills and sound understanding of process-flows
Ability to address both known’s and unknown’s thanks to good conceptual thinking, organizational and communication skills and strong learning / development potential
Protruded service orientation with excellent telephone representation and high communication - and soft skills
Strong ability to work in a team
General office productivity tools proficiency expected (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
IT infrastructure proficiency / interest can be a plus
