About the role

  • Client Service Officer within Deutsche Börse Group supporting international clients with Clearstream processes like Settlement, Corporate Actions, and Cash Management.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for day-to-day contact (via phone and email) for clients for all questions in relation to securities settlement, asset servicing and cash management
  • Clarification of topics using own knowledge, supported by team members and/or operations
  • Act as one of the main contact points for clients for the work with Clearstream Banking

Requirements

  • University degree in finance, economics, IT, or equivalent training
  • < 3 years prior work experience in financial markets and financial products in customer facing roles
  • Fluent Italian language required, as well as English and/or French
  • Strong interest in taking on high responsibility and results orientation
  • High problem-solving skills with developed analytical skills and sound understanding of process-flows
  • Ability to address both known’s and unknown’s thanks to good conceptual thinking, organizational and communication skills and strong learning / development potential
  • Protruded service orientation with excellent telephone representation and high communication - and soft skills
  • Strong ability to work in a team
  • General office productivity tools proficiency expected (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • IT infrastructure proficiency / interest can be a plus
