About the role

  • Customer Service Consultant role within Vivo's Engineering and Customer Service team analyzing operational indicators. Responsible for improving telecom service delivery and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Generate, monitor, analyze and address operational, contractual, financial and administrative indicators for EPS (Service Provider Companies), as well as for MOP (In-house Workforce) and Vivo support areas, assessing the need for action to ensure good results through implementation and follow-up of action plans.
  • Automate results reporting, create the views necessary to cascade actions down to technical levels, and work to simplify executive-level reporting of results.
  • Support the team in simplifying and automating processes.
  • Interface with areas and stakeholders to address gaps, identify opportunities and drive improvements to indicators and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed
  • Postgraduate degree preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and programming languages required
  • Ability to work with tools and technology
  • Knowledge and experience in telecommunications, information technology, administration and/or accounting
  • Proactive profile and strong logical reasoning
  • Structured thinking
  • Ability to work in an agile manner
  • Curiosity to identify process improvements
  • Sense of urgency, control and ability to meet deadlines
  • Committed, communicative, good interpersonal skills and availability to work on-site
