About the role

  • Customer Non-Conformities Management
  • Handle customer complaints, mainly for Spanish customers, but also in support of other entities within the group (France, Italy, UK, Australia…)
  • Perform root cause analysis, coordinate corrective actions, and monitor their implementation
  • Organize meetings, customer visits or sorting when necessary
  • Maintain and update quality documentation and specifications
  • Perform risk analyses to support the development of strategic projects
  • Support customer audits and quality certifications
  • Follow up of CAPA

Requirements

  • Degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent (Bachelor’s/Master’s level)
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar position
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills (8D, 5 Why, etc.)
  • Communication skills: ability to express ideas clearly and with diplomacy
  • Experience in Cosmetic, Pharma or Plastic Injection industry is suitable
  • Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Professional level of English
  • Knowledge of other languages (French, Italian) is a plus
