Responsibilities
Customer Non-Conformities Management
Handle customer complaints, mainly for Spanish customers, but also in support of other entities within the group (France, Italy, UK, Australia…)
Perform root cause analysis, coordinate corrective actions, and monitor their implementation
Organize meetings, customer visits or sorting when necessary
Maintain and update quality documentation and specifications
Perform risk analyses to support the development of strategic projects
Support customer audits and quality certifications
Follow up of CAPA
Requirements
Degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent (Bachelor’s/Master’s level)
A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar position
Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills (8D, 5 Why, etc.)
Communication skills: ability to express ideas clearly and with diplomacy
Experience in Cosmetic, Pharma or Plastic Injection industry is suitable
Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)
Professional level of English
Knowledge of other languages (French, Italian) is a plus
