About the role

  • Building trusting relationships with patients, understanding their needs and circumstances
  • Communicating with patients via telephone, email and text.
  • Increasing revenue for your territory through effective territory planning
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records of all customer interactions
  • Achieve individual and team KPIs, including customer satisfaction, conversion, and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • A natural ability to show empathy and sensitivity, particularly when speaking with vulnerable individuals.
  • Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially driven, motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Confident using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
  • Resilient, positive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
