About the role

  • Customer Experience Manager at Ingram Micro managing Microsoft 365 solutions for strategic accounts. Driving growth, retention, and account success across East and West Territories.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for managing a strategic portfolio of accounts
  • Focus on Microsoft 365, security solutions, and Copilot
  • Drive account growth through strategic business planning, pipeline development, and collaborative co-selling initiatives
  • Represent and communicate the value proposition of integrating Microsoft 365, Microsoft Security and Copilot with other business systems
  • Generate and maintain a pipeline of new business
  • Initiate contact to identify and qualify new revenue opportunities
  • Manage the sales cycle by leading Microsoft 365 recurring revenue subscription opportunities
  • Lead negotiations, coordinate the decision-making process, and resolve objections to close sales

Requirements

  • College Diploma or Degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field)
  • Minimum 5-8 years of account management and/or business development experience
  • Experience selling Microsoft 365 solutions
  • MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification is required for this position
  • SC-900 certification is an asset
  • Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset
