About the role
- Drive technology solutions that enhance revenue growth, sales productivity, and customer experience, with Salesforce as the core platform.
- Identify opportunities for marketing, sales, and service process improvements through technology.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT, ensuring clarity in requirements and solution delivery.
- Own platform data models and ensure data integrity across Salesforce objects.
- Manage the product roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of key features.
- Lead requirements gathering, testing, deployment, documentation, and user enablement.
- Evaluate CRM enhancements for business impact and ROI; develop UAT plans and best practices.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry best practices.
- Support training efforts in collaboration with regional CRM leads and power users.
- Measure and report on CRM performance and outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive engagement, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, CRM architecture, or related fields.
- Deep Salesforce expertise (Sales & Service Clouds; Experience/Commerce Cloud a plus).
- Strong understanding of lead-to-cash processes in B2B manufacturing environments.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including advanced Excel.
- Experience managing complex projects and change initiatives.
