Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Salesforce operations management, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its core functionalities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
Proven track record of managing Salesforce projects and delivering measurable results within a Salesforce environment.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data management principles, security concepts, and business processes as they relate to Salesforce.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that uses Agile development methodologies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Experience with Salesforce declarative development tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.) and Apex code (preferred).
