About the role

  • Oversee the Salesforce platform, ensuring its optimal performance, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for Salesforce operations, driving continuous improvement and maximizing the value of our Salesforce investment.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer service, and IT to understand their needs, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that enable their success within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce operations management, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its core functionalities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Proven track record of managing Salesforce projects and delivering measurable results within a Salesforce environment.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data management principles, security concepts, and business processes as they relate to Salesforce.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that uses Agile development methodologies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience with Salesforce declarative development tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.) and Apex code (preferred).
