Responsibilities
CRM, email & WhatsApp marketing
Planning, execution & optimization of campaigns and automations (Klaviyo, ChatArmin)
Development of targeted customer journeys for customers & partners
Segmentation, A/B testing, performance analysis, and more with a focus on retention & reactivation
Collaboration & coordination
Close alignment with Marketing, Design, Product & Copywriting
Briefings & sparring for content, landing pages and lead campaigns
Managing CRM processes with HubSpot, Typeform and Gorgias
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in CRM or email marketing (DTC or health sector a plus)
Strong knowledge of Klaviyo — initial experience with ChatArmin or WhatsApp marketing desirable
You think in funnels, love automation and find pragmatic solutions
Good balance of analytical mindset and creative intuition
Self-driven, hands-on and proactive — you don’t wait to be assigned tasks
Fluent German (C1) & good English
Bonus: copywriting skills or a background in health topics
