Own Email and SMS across assigned brand to ensure programs are set up for YoY revenue and list growth including approval of monthly calendars, leading the charge to ensure the correct branded customer experience through storytelling, and managing a robust testing schedule.
Collaborate to deliver creative briefs, execution, and measurement and reporting
Own CRM governance as it relates to pop-ups and email best practices
Partner with other CRM Campaign Managers to bring to life a holistic CRM strategy
Monitor competitive CRM communications and share insights across Signet brands.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in email planning and execution
Experience in Email and SMS execution, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with email builds, deliverability best practices, and troubleshooting techniques
Experience with audience segmentation and personalization
Proven experience in marketing execution, including email design, segmentation, deployment, and reporting
Experience working with marketing automation workflows to deliver timely, personalized messages
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Strong analytical skills, able to analyze campaign performance data (e.g. Adobe Analytics), identify trends and insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve future campaigns.
