CRM-Manager responsible for strategic and operational oversight of Salesforce at Naue Group. Focused on process optimization and training across international locations.
Responsibilities
Assume strategic, conceptual and operational responsibility for our central CRM system (Salesforce)
Strategic and content responsibility for the CRM system (Salesforce), including continuous development
Design and optimization of business processes involving international locations
Requirements management: capturing, prioritizing and implementing business unit requirements
Implementation and roll-out of new functions and modules
Planning and conducting training sessions; creating user documentation
Ensuring data quality, maintenance processes and measures for data integrity and security
Development of relevant dashboards and KPIs to measure CRM performance
Requirements
University degree or vocational training in an IT field, or equivalent qualification
Experience in administration and development of CRM systems
Programming skills (e.g. JavaScript, Apex) and experience with APIs, triggers and workflows
Project management experience, especially in CRM projects
Analytical thinking and ability to implement complex requirements
Team player with strong communication skills and a structured way of working
Initiative and motivation to learn new technologies
Very good German and English skills
