About the role

  • Manage clients onboarding in a hybrid setup at Cadastra. Drive strategies for digital growth and data management at CRM Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an integrated, multichannel operation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Organize the data architecture within the platform
  • Develop strategies for acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
  • Manage, cleanse, and cluster the database
  • Structure project management, client meetings, and presentation materials
  • Deliver work and handle requests using Agile methodology
  • Conduct performance, conversion, and engagement analyses
  • Create dashboards and produce recurring reports
  • Develop automations, SQL queries, and build data extracts
  • Design and build complex relationship journeys
