About the role

  • Perform a daily bank reconciliation.
  • Handle all pairing & payment distribution.
  • Attending all incoming repayment email, to accommodate all requests raised by all stakeholders which including clients and customers.
  • Handle all repayment matter such as repayment reminder, cheque arrangement & direct debit set up, preparing finance agreement, preparing statement of accounts, calculation working, Transfer instruction to trustees, robot recording analysis, preparing monthly reporting.
  • Handle special & ad hoc projects as assigned and Identify opportunities for improvement to processes, procedures or tools.
  • Support team members according to back up plan and on ad hoc basis if required.
  • Ensure standard work documents are constantly up to date.
  • Job function listed is not exhaustive and can include other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Being detail oriented.
  • Experience in working under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Basic accounting & finance knowledge
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Good communications and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Highly committed to work and strong team player.
  • Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence.
  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree in accounting, banking, finance, business management, or a similar field
  • Strong personal characteristics will be an added advantage
