About the role

  • Lead the day-to-day running of Nteractive’s Creative Studio, ensuring efficient, profitable, and scalable operations
  • Build, optimise, and manage end-to-end workflows to keep projects moving efficiently and on time
  • Use project management, resourcing, and financial tools to maximise efficiency, accuracy, and visibility
  • Continuously streamline processes, remove bottlenecks, and create scalable playbooks for repeatable success
  • Balance speed with risk management to protect quality and mitigate risk
  • Design workflows to allow rapid response to new business while protecting ongoing client work
  • Own the Creative Studio’s P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and margin management
  • Build business cases for new hires and resourcing, ensuring ROI and profitability
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on performance and future needs
  • Mentor, coach, and inspire team members; foster a culture of accountability and high performance
  • Build and maintain a network of reliable freelancers and external partners to flex capacity
  • Ensure the studio environment (virtual and in-person) encourages collaboration, creativity, and operational excellence
  • Act as main point of contact for internal stakeholders and partner with account teams to allocate creative resources
  • Model a five-star, client-first experience through responsiveness, professionalism, and service excellence

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in operations, project management, or creative production leadership (agency or in-house a plus)
  • Demonstrated experience running a creative studio, design team, or production operation — or transferable experience leading a service-oriented operations function
  • Strong financial acumen, with proven experience managing budgets, P&Ls, and resource planning
  • Expertise in process development, workflow optimisation, and project management tools/systems
  • Expert knowledge of resource management and IR35 tools
  • Strong understanding of the timesheet process and analysis
  • Experience managing and developing direct reports and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Performance-driven mindset balancing speed, quality, and risk
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritising with precision
  • Quiet home environment with minimum 25MB download / 2MB upload broadband speed
  • Willingness and ability to work in our UK office in Surrey
  • Flexibility to work across time zones when required
