Own and scale MAGIC’s paid acquisition channels, primarily Meta (Facebook & Instagram), with potential to expand into other channels.
Lead creative strategy: develop hypotheses, create briefs, manage UGC creators, and collaborate with designers to test new concepts weekly.
Analyse performance data, identify winning patterns, and optimise creatives and audiences to improve ROAS and CPA.
Maintain a structured testing roadmap across ad formats, audiences, and messaging angles.
Work closely with the CMO to plan monthly budgets and revenue forecasts.
Report on ad performance and insights weekly - turning data into actionable creative direction.
Build and manage a small network of freelancers and creators to ensure a constant flow of new ad content.
Own creative analytics tools (e.g. Triple Whale, Meta Ads Manager) and develop dashboards to measure performance
Stay on top of DTC and paid social trends, applying best practices to keep MAGIC’s ads fresh and competitive.
Create content for organic social (or work with external designers & editors to do so).
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in performance marketing, ideally in a DTC or e-commerce startup, or working at an agency across multiple D2C accounts.
Proven track record of profitably scaling Meta ad spend (£50k+/month).
Deep understanding of creative strategy - from concept testing to editing and iteration.
Strong analytical mindset and confidence in Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and tracking platforms.
Comfortable managing creators and freelancers to deliver ad content quickly.
Highly organised, autonomous, and outcome-driven.
Passionate about fitness, tech, and growth.
