Responsibilities

  • Managing the store team, focusing on driving sales and maximizing store profitability
  • Providing industry leading service and training your team to excel and develop in sales
  • Exceeding store KPIs and maintaining company standards
  • Ensuring adherence to company policy and government legislation
  • Training and developing internal staff and promoting progression within the group
  • Leading in store recruitment, new starter inductions, and staff training
  • Following Health & Safety company procedures
  • Managing branch administrative responsibilities and expenses
  • Utilizing store’s dashboard to analyze KPIs
  • Supporting team to encourage customer retention through service
  • Maintaining store cleanliness and high visual standards.

Requirements

  • Retail Management experience
  • Experience in leading and motivating a team
  • Excellent Time Management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • IT skills- Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
