About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the facilities management function for all administrative and organizational tasks
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work
  • Billing of services
  • Communicate with service providers, contractual partners, and internal departments
  • Negotiate contracts with service providers and contractual partners
  • Plan and execute facilities management projects
  • Review ancillary cost (service charge) statements
  • Create and maintain documentation and reports

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a skilled trade or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in facilities management or property administration is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills and an independent working style
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Proficient user of MS Office applications
  • Willingness to travel for business across Germany (including multi-day trips)
