About the role

  • Own Client Relationships: Manage major client accounts end-to-end, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead Creative Delivery: Spearhead projects across music curation, custom composition, and sound supervision.
  • Drive Client Strategy & Curation: Lead client workshops, conceptualizing and building playlists and soundscapes.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with music, sales, and product teams to create innovative strategies.
  • Strategic Audio / Sonic Branding: Provide creative and strategic input on sonic branding projects.
  • Hands-On Execution: Take direct ownership of projects with a hands-on approach.
  • Team Contribution & Mentorship: Support onboarding and development of curators.
  • Innovation & Trend Insight: Monitor cultural shifts and music trends.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in brand and/or storytelling strategy, music curation/supervision, or music-led creative consultancy
  • Extensive experience in developing or steering brand and narrative strategy
  • Extensive experience in curating or supervising music for visual media and storytelling-driven content
  • Strong experience in leading client projects, workshops, and team collaboration
  • Strong musical fluency across genres and cultural contexts
  • Experience with film/TV, digital content, or branded environments is a plus
  • Knowledge of music licensing and copyright is a plus
