About the role

  • Creative Brand Specialist for LYNX, collaborating with teams to elevate brand campaigns. Measures performance and drives cohesive branding in the heart of Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the liaison between our creative agency and marketing team to ensure effective brand messaging
  • Safeguard brand identity, visual style, and tone across all touchpoints (web, social, email, offline)
  • Develop and manage the creative brand calendar, aligning with key trends and cultural moments
  • Drive consistent branding and high-impact thematic campaigns
  • Collaborate with the squad to create cohesive and impactful campaigns that increase brand awareness
  • Measure and optimize brand performance based on campaign data

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand, creative, or marketing roles (finance, tech, or agency experience a plus)
  • Fluent in Dutch and English with strong storytelling and design skills
  • Skilled in using creative tools and analytics platforms
  • Experience in brand management, content creation, and visual storytelling
  • Able to work in agile, cross-functional teams
