About the role

  • Manage and oversee all system planning and development activities
  • Lead teams in business analysis, system design, implementation, and application support
  • Coordinate closely with PLMI departments, ITD, and user groups
  • Provide consultation services such as business planning, requirements assessment, vendor selection, etc.
  • Evaluate the quality and timeliness of services and initiate improvements
  • Develop positive customer relations with the client community

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10 years of demonstrated experience in information system development
  • 5 years of management experience
  • Experience with implementing and supporting major systems
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations
  • Knowledge of modern information systems and data communications technologies
  • Experience in application of project management and system development methodologies
  • Management skills: written and verbal communication, negotiating, organizational skills
