- Manage and oversee all system planning and development activities
- Lead teams in business analysis, system design, implementation, and application support
- Coordinate closely with PLMI departments, ITD, and user groups
- Provide consultation services such as business planning, requirements assessment, vendor selection, etc.
- Evaluate the quality and timeliness of services and initiate improvements
- Develop positive customer relations with the client community
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of demonstrated experience in information system development
- 5 years of management experience
- Experience with implementing and supporting major systems
- Knowledge of healthcare operations
- Knowledge of modern information systems and data communications technologies
- Experience in application of project management and system development methodologies
- Management skills: written and verbal communication, negotiating, organizational skills
