About the role

  • Deliver the France country plan and drive the market to sustainable growth\n• Manage both sides of the marketplace: demand generation and supply balance\n• Localise the market strategy to deliver core commercial goals including revenue and contribution margin\n• Oversee tactical and operational execution across all functions\n• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to action key market opportunities\n• Manage on-the-ground initiatives to optimise local fulfillment, supply activation and client retention\n• Lead a local team comprised of Marketing, Tasker Operations and Partner Management\n• Report to the GM, Europe (based in London) and ensure budget and financial objectives are met\n• Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious commercial goals

Requirements

  • Overall 4+ years of experience driving P&L growth in a commercial, general management or entrepreneurial role (high-growth startup experience preferred)\n• Effective communication, influencing and strategic thinking skills\n• Leveraging data in decision making to optimise our plan locally\n• A growth mindset and an ability to navigate ambiguity\n• Comfortable operating at a fast pace in an entrepreneurial environment\n• You love open, honest, healthy communication
