Requirements
- A current State Bar of Arizona law license, in good standing
- 2+ years of legal experience in a corporate legal department
- Experience representing clients in contract drafting and negotiations, and counseling clients on business transactions or financial services/banking
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in collaboration with legal and business partners worldwide
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and consistently meeting deadlines
