About the role

Responsibilities
- Independently advise and support clients in all areas of individual and collective labor law
- Negotiate with works councils and draft company works agreements (Betriebsvereinbarungen)
- Independently manage complex employment litigation
- Manage projects across legal areas and interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Excellent legal qualifications and several years of professional experience in labor law
- Certified specialist in labor law (Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht)
- Independent and responsible working style combined with a professional demeanor
- Business-fluent English, spoken and written
- Strong commercial understanding
- Enjoy advising clients and acquiring new clients
