About the role
- Legal intern at Lifen, handling contract management and legal compliance. Supporting teams with legal documentation and contributing to corporate governance.
Responsibilities
- Participate in Lifen's contracting activities: draft and review, together with Sales and Project teams, various commercial agreements (partnerships, e-health solutions, etc.).
- Support the launch of new offerings: assist with contract drafting and ensure regulatory compliance of new products, in France and internationally.
- Contribute to Lifen's corporate matters: prepare board meetings, support management of BSPCE (French employee share warrants), and participate in the implementation of social events.
- Act as a partner to all internal teams: support teams on legal and regulatory compliance matters.
- Optimize internal processes: create and improve legal procedures according to your interests and the team's needs.

Requirements
- Trainee lawyer (Bar internship / PPI)
- Specialization in corporate law and/or digital law (data protection)
- Experience in contract drafting and/or public procurement law
- Fluent French and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Autonomy and initiative
- Accuracy, organization and analytical skills
- Team spirit and a willingness to learn
- Knowledge of the healthcare or tech sectors is a plus!
