Responsibilities

  • Independent advice and support for clients in all areas of individual employment law and collective labor law
  • Negotiations with works councils and drafting of works agreements
  • Independently leading complex labor court proceedings
  • Managing projects across legal practice areas and coordinating interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

  • Excellent legal qualifications
  • Several years of professional experience in labor/employment law
  • Certified Specialist in Labor Law (Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht)
  • Independent and self-reliant working style
  • Professional demeanor
  • Business-fluent English, both spoken and written
  • Strong commercial/business understanding
  • Enjoys advising clients and participating in client acquisition/business development
