About the role

  • Responsibility for creating and editing travel itineraries and other tourism texts according to defined standards
  • Development and optimization of content for print marketing materials (catalogs, advertisements, flyers)
  • Quality assurance of all texts and print products
  • Close coordination with internal departments and external partners on content implementation
  • Implementation of internal corrections and external change requests
  • Final textual and content review prior to print approvals together with the in-house graphic agency
  • Preparation of text and content elements for handover to graphics and other specialist departments

Requirements

  • Degree in German studies, communications, journalism or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in editorial work, specifically in writing and editing texts
  • Strong writing skills for tourism content and an excellent command of language
  • Basic understanding of layout, typography and print production workflows
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., CMI24) is an advantage
  • Structured, careful and deadline-oriented working style with a strong focus on quality
  • Team player with enjoyment of close collaboration across different departments
