Responsibilities
Creative development & execution- Ideating platform-native content that feels current, culture-led, and on-brand
Crafting short-form video concepts, content series, static and motion ideas for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
Writing scripts, headlines, captions, and collaborating with designers and editors to bring ideas to life
Social-first thinking- Staying ahead of platform trends, memes, and formats and applying those insights to client work
Bringing a clear POV on what makes good social content and helping clients push into more creative spaces
Collaboration & leadership- Working closely with account and strategy teams to shape creative briefs
Providing creative direction to junior creatives, editors, and freelance collaborators
Presenting work internally and externally with clarity and confidence
Requirements
6+ years in a creative or content role, ideally at a social or integrated agency
Strong copywriting skills and a sharp sense of visual storytelling
A solid understanding of content creation workflows, including shoots, edits, and platform publishing
Experience working on social-first campaigns for big brands
Familiarity with creative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Veo, etc.)
A curious mind and collaborative spirit
